Analyzed the indirect spend and categorized it in order to prioritize different activities. Aligned with key stakeholders and built up an organization category by category and in parallel negotiated the spend for each category in focus

The client got quick wins in terms of savings that were easy to realize and a long term action plan for further savings with the newly built organization
