The Objective
ChaseXL was asked to perform an assessment of the client’s existing purchasing organization in order to find key strengths and weaknesses and develop a roadmap for how to improve.

The Method
Based on ChaseXL’s health check model we together with the client developed a customized health check model and performed a series of interviews and visits to the client’s different sites.

The Value
The client got a clear overview of how the client’s purchasing organization was performing and a prioritized roadmap of how to improve their organization to deliver better control and efficiency leading to measurable savings.
